Welcome to The Lakes at Mason Park
We are a coastal-inspired neighborhood working together to enhance the living experience in our community and the communities around us by making a positive difference where we live. We seek to develop a vibrant and caring community committed to connecting, sharing, giving back to others and elevating the experience of community living. OUR COMMUNITY GOALS:
Peer support is critical. "People like us do things like this." It's difficult enough to find the time and energy to contribute, but harder still to do when one feels like an outsider. To create a "neighborly feeling" and a "sense of belonging" at The Lakes at Mason Park and encourage "community cohesiveness", everything that we (residents, volunteers, Board Members, and even visitors) do, must be done with our top five community goals in mind, which are....
- Communication
- Transparency
- Social Activity
- Accountability
- Value Creation
Volunteering, in general, is a spark that makes society and our neighborhood work, and it takes organization to build the support structures that keeps it going. We are always in need of people who care. It's those ones who can magnify their impact by building structures that bring in more people who care. Here are just a few volunteer opportunities
that are priority in our neighborhood...
- Architect Review Committee
- Communications & Marketing Committee
- Events Planning Committee
- Neighborhood Groups
- Volunteer Groups

JOIN OUR SOCIAL ACTIVITY:
We know we cannot shape a great community alone, so we encourage everyone to post on our community feed and meet other neighbors. Stay up on our community news. Don't forget to sign-up, set up your notifications and RSVP to a few of our events. Happy connecting! We look forward to meeting you soon.
HOA BOARD + ACMI MANAGEMENT:
We have a five-member, resident Homeowner's Association (HOA) Board of Directors. Our community is governed by a board who strives to serve our community and it's residents with the core principles of homestead management (communication, courtesy, integrity, loyalty and mutual respect). To reach a board member, email [email protected] or call ACMI Management (281) 251-2292
The Lakes at Mason Park is a proud member of the Community Associations Institute.
